The point of a scheduled take is discipline. The trap is pretending the clock gives you a signal. It does not. Some days the board is clean. Some days the pressure is there but the read is muddy. That is when most people force it anyway because the internet rewards noise and punishes silence. That is backwards. A missed take is not a failure if the reason was risk control. The market does not owe anybody a clean read at 12:30. If the plumbing is unclear, you wait. Better to miss a post than manufacture a thesis and feed it to people like it came from the machine.
