How Would You Launch a B2B SaaS in 2026 With No Audience?
Hey guys, I’m a solo tech founder and developer, and I’m about to launch my first B2B SaaS product.
The product itself is almost ready, but I’ve realized building the tech was the easy part for me. I honestly have no idea how to approach the actual launch, marketing, positioning, outreach, getting first users, or creating momentum.
Most launch advice online feels very generic, so I’d love to hear from founders who’ve actually gone through this.
