I could ask any fitness group thing but I want one without chuds. So I feel very self-conscious about my weight. I am 15 and male.and around 250 pounds and I'm around 5"10. I have trouble staying motivated to exercise and stick to diets. I think I may have a food addiction but I am unsure.I do enjoy skateboarding as physical activity, but I broke my leg last fall so I've been kinda scared to get back on it. What do you comrades suggest I do to be healthier

Hey y'all! So I just started going to the gym again after a decade. Last time, I went to a CrossFit style gym, and I'm realizing I don't have a good handle on programming for myself. Does anyone have an app they really like? Right now I'm at a planet fitness. Thanks in advance!
