I’m getting my license converted in India. Anybody who can guide through the part 1 exemption process.

The Pcc required is for my residing indian state or nz?

any other significant documents that are need?

I’m planning to do my training in US or Canada, do u guys recommend any flying clubs? Or is which is the best method to find a flying club suitable for me? (Website or forums) My priorities are mainly on expenses, 160-170$ wet, helps in issuing m1 visa.
