Started making these during set 1 to hand out as swag at weekly play. Not as cool as shadowbox cards, but a fun way to reuse what would otherwise just be trash!

For me, it would be Smuggle, Plot, and Piloting. Smuggle and Plot don't need a bunch of support and could add more fun to the game by letting players interact with their resources more often. Smuggle definitely came out underpowered, so giving it a permanent chance to be around would be great. Pilots are just fun and I want more of them after JTL rotates.

What keywords/mechanics would you like to see just dropped into future sets?

I’m looking to go to an eternal pq this weekend and have been thinking about playing boba SOR and I was just wondering what made him strong, his game plan, important things to know to play him well, matchup tips etc. If anyone could help just tell me anything I may not know about him I’d appreciate it!

I'm a day one player of SWU, and have been coming to this subreddit since the very beginning... Is there anyway we can put a stop to people posting their karabast chat screen shots on this sub?

It's not that I'm advocating freedom of being a shithead and disrespectful to other people, but it's also like "the world is shitty rn, and idgaf about someone talking smack on an easily disabled chat. We get it, people are toxic. Move on with your life."

It has no relevance to gameplay, and is mostly used as sympathy bait and karma. Adds nothing but other people's drama.

Hi guys!

TLDR: Do you get credit tokens from Double Cross (LAW) if you target a unit with a higher cost than Rey Skywalker (LAW).

Ran into an interesting scenario on Karabast with an interaction and wanted to check that it is the correct resolution (and also just a brief confirmation on WHY if it is the correct resolution).

I had Rey Skywalker 8 Cost (LAW) and opponent had Persecutor 9 Cost (LAW). I then played Double Cross (LAW) targeting the two and took control of Persecutor while retaining control of Rey Skywalker.

During resolution however I also got a Credit Token due to the difference in cost. I'm assuming since I was the only player to take control of a unit I did "take control of the lower cost unit" and got credit tokens equal the difference in cost. But I wanted to verify this is correct.

Thanks in advance!

Well, that's all. After a lot of years, i chose SWU as my first "real" TCG. I will not count playing yugioh on school xD. And i have to say, there was/is a helpful and friendly community there. Helped me a lot to start and let me try some decks.

Hello there, it's me again
I've been getting more and more into SWU as of recently, and it's quickly becoming my "first serious TCG". Managed to find the latest binder and while I wait for it to arrive, I've been thinking about collecting the cards and I've ran some numbers that I'd like to bounce back with you.

I must add, I'm not thinking about selling anything. This is for a personal collection only.

So, each set has around 262 cards. Each of these cards has a normal version, a foil, a hyperspace, and a hyperspace foil. Leaders have the Showcase version as well. I'm ignoring those tournament prize cards and stuff like that, because I'm not chasing "Champion" or "Finalist" versions or anything similar.

That would mean each set is roughly a 1000 cards, right? 262 unique, 4x versions of each.

Is it really farfetched to try and get the master set, meaning, a copy of each card? I know Showcase are kinda expensive, and I'm not really thinking about them for now, but I checked a few card website and most SWU cards are really affordable. Maybe not a master set, but getting one copy of each mechanically unique card seems doable.

Am I missing something? Or are some of those variation cards more expensive and I just didn't see them?

I started playing September 3 last year, and I just won my first store showdown👈👍

The player pool was light because of a nearby PQ, but hey….a win is a win is a win!
