Made a new night preset along with an environment preset in WOSTweaks!

I'll just figure out how to share the env preset and I will share this together with the day reshade preset. I think I'll upload it in Nexus mod and Gamebanana.

EVERY single time i try to webstrike them or anyone else, they shoot me with they're electric bullet things, they are so annoying to deal with, they are driving me insane.
