10 Years of Sleep Data: What Can We Uncover?

In February 2016, I opened an app called SleepCycle for the first time. Since then, every night, my phone has lain quietly by my bedside, recording everything about my sleep. Ten years later, these numbers had accumulated into a rich personal archive — and I finally decided to dig in.

The analysis was done with the help of AI tools, but the real value is the data itself: 3,656 nights of sleep patterns across a decade of life changes.

Been using SC for many years, lately it's just been not reliable. I set it at night and when I wake up it hasn't gone off and the alarm is just...not set, when i know I set it the night before. Some of the times it's been because the phone updated overnight and kicked it off, but many nights it just seems like it resets itself and I don't know why. Been happening with my last Android before this and now this iphone 17. I was on paid before but not now (bc of some Apple ID drama), seems like the free version is just garbage and barely works-?
