I got your black flats from NW NC. I've been calling the store but no answer no call back. If I don't hear a response, I will put a charge back through but it would be nice to have proof that I was sent the wrong goods (ie: find the person who is also missing their fab find!)
Eta: goodwill has contacted me and we will work on a resolution
Eta2: refund this morning. I am bummed but very happy with the site still. I am a raving fan 😜 support@shopgoodwill.com is the best way to get help on your order!
What’s the weirdest item that you’ve ever found on the website? Employees, what the weirdest item that you’ve ever seen or listed yourself?
I’m talking about when you order something but it arrives with another item that wasn’t shown in the photos.
A couple of times I’ve ordered a Wii console (just the console, sometimes with a remote and cables but no games) and have started it up to find a copy of Wii sports inside the disc tray. That’s always a thrill as a reseller because you could list the gnarliest copy of that thing and get $20 for it within like 5 minutes.
On the flip side, I once won a lot that included a ‘sealed’ Star Trek computer game where the box arrived sealed, but completely empty. As if it was a manufacturer error. Thankfully I was able to get a partial refund for it.
