[Other] How Are You Supposed to Ride an RMC?

As this title suggests, I’m having trouble enjoying any RMC coasters (I haven’t ridden a raptor, but I don’t know if that’s any different) and I would like to really understand why they’re so popular with other coaster thoosies. I got off of Steel Vengeance yesterday and it almost destroyed my thighs, so I think it might be the restraints? No one else is saying anything, so I think I’m just doing it wrong.

Would love any advice for this issue, I’m riding Twisted Timbers in June, so anything would help. Ty!

Long bus rides are so tiring.

I have no energy to lift myself up from the seat after 10 hours of sitting in one place.
