r/rolandaira
A small live performance trick I’ve been using on the Roland S-1 for evolving arpeggios and melodic movement during jams.
Really fun way to create more organic variation and motion in a live setup ✨
I created a battery cover for this awesome 3000mAh battery mod, you can read about here:

The battery cover is pretty easy to print and install, and keeps the bigger battery nicely tight in place!
Next step - advice for extra synth and mixer
I'm looking for advice: I currently have the Roland Aira Compact T8, S1 and P6. I would like to add a new synth for drones and soundscapes, so I can use the sequencer of the S1 for eh... a sequence. Some say a second S1, but I'm really interested in your advice!
With a fourth machine, the need for a mixer is evident. But: what mixer? One with recording-possibility would be great, but it's no dealbreaker.
Pricerange likewise the Aira Compact series. Thx in advance!
