Powerwasher Help

I am getting low pressure with my Simpson Power Washer, I replaced the pump with an OEM, Carberatuer, hose, changed oil, and spark plug. It starts in one pull but seems like it's not getting enough RPM when I pull the trigger. I've manually move the governor arm when it's on and it doesn't increase the pressure, just idles higher. I'm about to give up. It has the same symptoms throughout all my efforts.

Sourcing seal kit for greenworks water pump?

I’ve been messing with a pressure washer I got from a neighbor that wasn’t working properly. Thought it was just the gun, but with a new gun I’ve confirmed the manifold is leaking. My engineer brother said it looked like the housing was actually in good shape and probably needed a rebuild. So the ports in the manifold are all ~15mm I’m assuming that is the size of kit I need but I’m just wondering if anyone can offer any guidance on what to replace or what to look for online specifically. It seems like the seals are basically shot, it flows like a sieve but no visible damage is present.

I attached one quick photo but I can take better pics if needed. It’s off a greenworks 2000psi electric washer. There are complete new pump heads available on eBay but I’d prefer to rebuild with a kit if possible.

Hello,

As the title says I have some doubts about the Karcher HD 5/15 C power washer quality and I don't find much info online from actual users.

My ownership went like this, I had the machine for aprox 1 year and one day it just randomly lost pressure (machine worked fine, but pressure was lower than it normally is, and was unusable for power washing).

I sent the machine for warranty but because the legal max 15 day repair was overdue I got a full refund for the machine. I do not know what was broken and repaired since I just got the refund and not the repair report from the service facility.

Now I am torn between getting the same machine again or just assuming a loss for the accesories I have and get some other brand ( I was primarily looking at Nilfisk Premium 200-15 and Kranzle HD 7/122 TS vs Karcher HD 5/15 C).

Is the karcher HD 5/15 C that bad at reliability? (it kind of beats the purpose to spend 100$ on service parts every year when I am using it once per week max 1h in non freezing temperatures). Does anyone have any experience with this product? Does it break often?

I am tempted to get the same machine again with 2 year warranty but I would kind of hope it can go a little bit more than 2 years without needing to rebuild the machine that often (the product gets used 45h per year MAX and that is a bit exagerrated probably).

If i get the other brands can they go longer without rebuilding? Does anyone have any experience or data on that?

I would really be interested in your experiences with either, thank you.

Hey folks, pressure washer trips after 10 min of use. Pump and cable get really hot. What could be the reason?
