TOD10N - Catastrophic Failure

Another TOD10N has fallen - This one lasted 3 years - Production date was 01/02/23.

I hadn't restrung it since I owned it (Bad I know) but i just prolonged the job until the intonation problems became too much. But I gave the guitar a full clean down, oiled the fret board and even went out and got the Tim Henson official strings...

Only for the guitar to last 3-4 days before it spontaneously ripped itself apart.

I personally think the stress of new strings was too much for the guitar and the glue to handle - which is scary to think that if you change your strings... you risk the life of your guitar.

What really is upsetting, is i was playing in a lot of dropped open tunings - so i didn't even reach "Standard" levels of tension for the first few days - and just allowed the strings to naturally stretch and settle. Worth noting - I owned a nylon "no named" acoustic for 20 years and that thing must have been 15+ years old when i got it - has never skipped a beat, made from thinner wood than this too - if you can believe it. So this bridge explosion is just wild to me for a brand new guitar.

Thomann the company I bought it from, refuse to repair and have been told the manufacturer wont repair it due to "customs" - So even though the guitar is probably... 15 days outside of their extended 3 year warranty. I'm left with no support and no guitar.

I'm genuinely sat here trying to consider what to do...

Is this even worth repairing?
If i do, Will it just spontaneously fail again next time i change strings or look at it funny?
and even worse the least of all I'm considering, buying a brand new one...

Of all the guitars I've ever bought, this was the first one brand new, just for me...

So to say Im gutted, is an understatement.

Does anyone have any advice or recommendations?

Other threads show the glue failure - worth pointing out how mine is different so a big warning to other owners out there...

EDIT: someone noticed the entire underside of the bridge was painted then the glue was attached... Its not wonder it failed really...

I hope I’m wrong, but the pickup cover text looks jumbled and kinda like AI? Is it a new Fishman font that looks like RTYWD? Or is this actually AI? I feel like the bass wouldnt have a bolt on neck with a painted finish unless he was going the budget route. Thoughts?

I know this isn’t polyphia but the Ichika Nito subreddit has no members and the guitar one won’t let me post there so I’m trying my luck here. Does anybody know the name of this song? Thank you.

Help finding old merch

Hey all. This might be impossible but I wanted to see what other people might say. I bought this exact hoodie for my boyfriend years ago and he lost it and has been very upset. I know this is an old merch drop and maybe a rare one as I cannot find this hoodie anywhere. Does anyone have any suggestions as to where I could look for a secondhand one? I’ve tried google lens and putting in different key words but I’m at a loss. Thanks!
