Delivering at LPCH (Stanford)
Hello! Unexpectedly (had planned on another hospital but became out of network, I will be delivering at Lucille Packard this summer). I’ve done some research, but have a few questions for anyone who has delivered there recently or is familiar with labor and delivery:
With it being a teaching hospital, can you still decline having excessive amounts of students/decline students entirely? I’ve seen posts saying they have 5+ students watching their delivery.
Did you get a private postpartum room?
How pushy are they about breastfeeding? We want to try, but I’ve been unable to with past children and do not want to be made to feel poorly or judged if it just isn’t happening and we request formula.
Also just welcome any other experiences or info any one has! Thank you

Here's a Stupid Question
Do you need a law degree to run for District Attorney?
Ive seen campaign signs for that office.
Do any state or local statutes say that candidates must have a law degree, or have a license to practice law in CA, in order to be eligible to run for that office?
