An unexpected happy moment

My girl and I are big fans from Brasil, and we have few people here with whom we can talk about the channel. So this brief mention of a product from here already gave us a moment of joyful surprise. It was enough for us to spend some time thinking about the nature itineraries we would recommend in Brazil.

Bread Recipe - has anyone perfected the recipe?

Cant get my bread as smooth as Luke. When I stretch my dough its rough where his in videos looks like a plastic balloon.

Anyone know what am I doing wrong or actually have a recipe?

Journalist looking to speak to Outdoor Boys subscribers (and fans of similar channels) for New York Times story on camping videos

*Posted with permission from mods!* Hi, I'm a Scotland-based journalist (and outdoors-lover) with a commission from The New York Times to write about the popularity of camping videos on YouTube. My partner has followed these channels for a while and that's how I discovered their huge subscriber base. It has been very insightful to read comments in this thread and below the videos. I wondered if anyone would be willing to chat about the appeal of these videos and their creators, their favorite channels and the wider camping/outdoors trend to provide insight for my story, please?
