I took Alex’s 30 minute club banger ride along with my husband today. He used our membership on his bike and I used my app on my phone for my bike. This has never happened to me in almost 6 years using my bike (not the app) but none of his stats saved. Anyone else have this happen?

Edit to add: this almost happened again on my live ride tonight. I started at 5:25 for Alex’s live hiphop ride. 2-3 minutes in I decided to be sure it was tracking on the app as well as what I was seeing on my bike, and it was showing all 0’s. I exited the ride and went back into it and it started tracking. I’m so glad I checked because I would have been ENRAGED had I gotten all the way through and it showed nothing. I love a few minutes for total output but that’s not too bad. I hope I won’t have to do this every single live ride but I will be doing so for the foreseeable future.
