Hi everyone, I have this Aorus FO32U2P monitor... does anyone else have it? I'm not entirely satisfied with the graphics and resolution on my PC. It doesn't look very good. What could be the reason? My old Gigabyte M32U looked better in some ways, and it's much older. Thanks!

3D OLED by Excyton Limited — new OLED-display technology with subpixels stacked vertically (on top of each other) instead of side-by-side; allows to make square pixels without visible subpixels, emitting arbitrary color over entire pixel area; potentially allows to increase pixel density threefold

Hi, I have an alienware 27" AW2725DF qd-oled 360hz monitor purchased about a year ago in late March of 2025. And after ONE year of use, it no longer works...

When I turn it on, it just cycles through a screen of solid red green blue grey and black instead of displaying my desktop. No visible damage and all of the pixels look fine.

However, my computer still detects the monitor when I have it as a second monitor. I can even control the back panel leds and update the frimware through the Alienware Command Center software.

These monitors came with a 3 year warranty, but as i do not have the original invoice or proof of purchase, Dell is unable to help me with it.

Im just really disappointed with Dell/alienware and wanted to ask the community for any troubleshooting tips or repair suggestions. Anything helps and thanks in advance!

Hey all. Just started using a PG32UCDM3 a few days ago and am confused about how the pixel cleaning works.

I have the monitor set to remind me every 8 hours, egg I just arrived at that night. It prompted me to pixel clean it, which I did.

I have been reading more about this, including various threads and the manual and I am beyond confused on this. Here are some questions, any help would be appreciated.

  1. The manual states the function will automatically activate when the monitor is turned off. Okay... Does that include standby? Or do you have to manually turn it all the way off (with it still plugged in obviously)?

  2. Is 8 hours too aggressive or possibly not enough?

  3. What visible evidence do you have that it is actually performing the pixel cleaning other than looking at the count in the OSD? When I did it last night, the power logo flashed for a few minutes and then the monitor came back on. I have never seen it do this when turning off my machine and the monitor goes into standby, yet the manual says it performs the clean every time it is turned off. Again, I don't turn mine off, I let it go into standby.

  4. Depending on the answer to question #2, should I just turn off the reminder entirely if I can confirm somehow that it is actually performing the cleaning?

  5. Is the manual cleaning the same thing as what it supposedly does when the monitor is turned off every time?

  6. Where is the option for a panel refresh? Is that not available for ROG OLED monitors? This is the refresh you are supposed to do after really long periods of time, like 1000 hours or more. My Alienware QD OLED has this option and reminded me to do it after many hours of use. I don't see that on this monitor.

Honestly, the manual sucks. It should be way more specific. I mean why even have a reminder at all if it supposedly just does it on its own after it is powered off? (Maybe not in my case since I don't fully turn it off.)
