I have been enjoying the play dead app. I have used the LIVE MUSIC app for the longest time to listen to dead shows. The sound quality is definitely better with the new play dead app. But I also have a nugs account. I am starting to question what really separates the play dead app from the dead selection on the Nugs app? Any one have an opinion one way or another.

Does anyone use safari on Tahoe and also get tracks skipping halfway through to the next one, and audible gaps in between songs?

This is the worlds worst stream. Is it working for anyone?

Does anyone else keep getting errors trying to play downloaded offline albums and playlists. I mean what’s the deal is it NOT actually downloaded onto my device even though it shows in my downloaded??? What gives??

Since subscribing to PlayDead, I guess that catalog merged to my nugs subscription, but ZERO Grateful Dead songs play on my desktop. Anyone else have this issue?

1. I saw this suggested earlier, but an indication of what you’ve listened to would be great. Or better yet a personal play counter. Like the old iPod play counter.

2. shuffle songs option for your personal library would be cool too. YouTube Music offers a shuffle library option that I use all the time.

I work from home and, being on my Mac all day, I find it convenient to use the web player, but I recently noticed that it seems to automatically skip to the next track whenever the track goes past 12-15 minutes. Does anybody else have this issue? It's extremely annoying when you are in the middle of a 30 mins jam and it just skips to the next song.

Is anyone having issues with the sound for any streams but more specifically Goose in NOLA?

Hey fellow nugsters. I'm having a problem for the last couple months with the home page not fully loading. The icon on top in the title bar stays spinning and I cannot search or go to recent livestreams. I use a laptop and I've been using Nugs for years. I've tried Chrome and Edge. I've cleared cache and history etc in both browsers. I have Adaware disabled. A computer restart will usually get one of the browsers working but just for one show.

I've asked Nugs Customer support but they don't know. Thanks in advance for any help
