btw to everyone on this sub who i have seen defend nubbelocke: get real you actually have to be delusional or just plainly, incredibly lucky, and easily entertained. i have tried every manner of synergy and literally a the single, slightest mistake build or shot-wise completely fucks over your entire run unlike most other challenges. i have spent now MONTHS on this ONE BULLSHIT CHALLENGE 38 TIMES. trying EVERY manner of strategy i have seen posted, dont buy items early to minimize score increase, buy point items early for economy boost, void perk, worse / less important items to left or whatever, just to get cucked by peg placement rng or make one slight mistake which again, completely fucks over my run. blatantly unforgiving, unfun, and tedious. complete waste of my time. even more infuriating is that there are cosmetics locked behind completion of all challenges, and i have had almost no other problem with / enjoy every challenge except for three, this one most of all. anyone who says they enjoy this gotta be baiting or just huffing absolute copium. and before the skill issues come rolling in i have beaten everything else up to nubby trials 4. and i still find this one the most bullshit. at least there are more overtly hinted at / emphasized strategies within the other challenges, and at least it ACTUALLY FEELS LIKE MY FAULT WHEN I LOSE WITH THEM. they make you feel like you are intelligently maneuvering around & through the obstacles the game wants you to conquer, which is part of what makes this game fun / cathartic (except for trials 4/5, oneshot, and expiration date those are also tedium incarnate and not even remotely fun whatsoever). it’d be a different story if you could at the very least change tonys for the challenges but no you are stuck praying to the rng gods and require a saint like degree of patience and rabbit’s foot level of luck with this insipid, artificially difficult mess. and don’t condescendingly try to say “just don’t play it then” either. its content. in the game. its supposed to be fun and its not. it’s the most poorly designed challenge, objectively, no real thought put into it. 80 rounds of coin flip. kills me that there is further content locked behind this inane dogshit that i will never unlock. like i paid money for this game. it’s overall worth the price but the genuine suffering this challenge has put me through makes it feel like i paid 5$ to be tortured. genuinely brings the game down from a 9/10 to a 5/10 for me.

Hi, I’ve recently gotten Nubby’s on my phone but I cannot figure out how to upgrade my items if I get the same one twice in a run. I tried just dragging onto the item like in the PC version but it doesn’t seem to work that way on mobile. Please help!
