Built for the community: Export your mining rewards history to Excel (open-source) 💛

Hi everyone!

I built RewardTrackr, a free, open-source tool that helps GoMining users export their full rewards history to an Excel file for tax reporting/record keeping.

Links:

My Rewards History (New Share Button Feature):

Privacy / Transparency:

  • The extension only syncs your session from the platform website (app.gomining.com) into the RewardTrackr web app so you can fetch your own data and generate the Excel locally.
  • The goal is to keep everything client-side; The exported .xlsx is generated in-browser.
  • The repo is open-source so you can inspect exactly what it does.

I built and tested this using only my own GoMining account data. If you try it and notice any missing reward types, missing rows, or anything that looks off, please let me know (or open a GitHub issue) so I can reproduce it and fix/add whatever’s missing.

And if any developers are around: I’d really appreciate a code review, the goal of this project is to be as transparent as possible.

Disclaimer:

  • This is an unofficial tool, not affiliated with GoMining.

Feedback welcome
If you try it and anything looks off (permissions, behavior, bugs), please tell me.

Why my x1 rewards are ~5x higher outside large clans (real Mining Wars data)

I run the NFTMiner.ca clan and started tracking my Mining Wars results instead of assuming bigger clans = better returns.

Here’s what stood out from my own data:

Dune XVII (x1)

Round 944,619

Round 944,564

Round 944,539

Round 944,535

0.00008044 BTC

0.00008601 BTC

0.00008637 BTC

0.00008637 BTC

Odyssey (x1)

Round 944,256

Round 944,242

Round 944,203

Round 944,187

0.00001633 BTC

0.00001632 BTC

0.00001615 BTC

0.00001613 BTC

Same setup. Same entry weight.

The difference isn’t luck, it’s share.

Rewards are based on your % of total round power. The larger the clan pool, the smaller your share becomes.

If you’re sitting on 200–300 TH inside a massive clan, there’s a good chance your contribution is being diluted more than you realize.
