So this is my 4th time doing a lemon tekk and every time I make it I leave the shroom dust in there but can I strain it and still get the same effect and not get the nasty chunks or do I just got to deal with it and leave them in

I’m new to growing and I see people with these massive, beautiful flushes, but unless you’re selling them, what are people doing with this many mushrooms? Can they be stored dried for a long time, I thought potency loss was a factor? Are you just tripping your brains out every week? Isn’t tolerance a factor too? My target dose is like 2-3g dry so it would take me a year or longer to get through some of these harvests
Anybody know of any reputable places to buy liquid culture that ships within Europe? Even trusted vendors on reddit would be great.
So I have 2-3 5lbs of substrate, and 2-3 3 lbs of fully colonized grain, I’m ready to start my first bin grow. My question is how much grain to substrate should I put into this bin? And once I put into bin and let it the start the colonization period, should I just put the filter patches on the holes, or should I tape over the holes to allow for higher CO2. And it’s PE if that makes a difference on grain to spawn ratio. Any help is really appreciated.
