Mubi is a scam

Online they'll advertise monthly payments. But when you decide to subscribe they'll charge you for the whole year. Then if you want to try and get your refund, you're not even able to call them because they don't have a phone # for customer support. They're only set up to receive emails that they don't reply back to. So beware, potential subscribers.

A good sign for a company that they're shady is they don't have a phone #.

I just got Mubi purely because I wanted to watch certain movies and shows on my TV. Unfortunately, everything I watch buffers every 30 seconds. I have genuinely never experienced anything like this. I switched over to other streaming platforms to make sure it wasn’t an internet issue, and none of them have a single problem.

Is this fixable? Or will it basically be impossible for me to watch Mubi on my TV? Because if that’s the case, that’s really disappointing considering that’s the whole reason I signed up lol

I bought MUBI subscription and I hoped to see Raul Ruiz's mini series mysteries of lisbon and The black book of father dinis and The lines of wellington. But these aren't showing now in my country. I even mailed MUBI. I'm someone who doesn't do Netflix and prime video subscription but somehow i signed up and subscribed for 3 months MUBI but ended up watching Dreamers by betrolucci and The hand extended cut by Wong kar wai. I had an incredible experience while watching these films. I wanna ask MUBI why Raul Ruiz's and his wife's films and mini series aren't listed in now showing in INDIA? 400 rupees for a month which is comparatively expensive compared to netflix and amazon prime video and other OTT platforms I hoped that MUBI is the only gateway to watch some of the rarest and incredible works. please consider this as a request and make available some of the best works in INDIA too.

Even if you’re hearing her name for the first time (like I did), and despite your musical preferences - don’t miss the chance to watch Mitski: The Land if it’s available in your region. It’s a truly amazing journey through music, with a strong cinematic touch. It’s incredible what MUBI sometimes has to offer.
