What do you think would happen if pretty much the entire todoroki family. Except for endeavor became villains. Mineta himself ends up in his own tier since...well he's not liked very much that's for sure. Where does the tape boy sero go to?

Also I'd like to just say that you guys will have the chance to reposition characters at a later date, just not anytime soon since I'd like to make the list a little bigger before doing that.
