I started with my mandala journey to relax myself. Glimpse of one of my sketches.

Please share advice / feedback

After about 7 years without drawing mandalas, I recently felt drawn to create one again, very naturally.

While I was drawing it, I experienced a kind of mental quietness, but also a sense of releasing internal energy or emotions.

Now I’m curious about something deeper.

I’d like to understand if this mandala could have meaning beyond aesthetics — maybe from a symbolic, energetic, or spiritual perspective (not just basic psychology).

What stands out to me:

  • The symmetry and repetition in the pattern
  • The dominant use of colors like orange and pink
  • The strong sense of a defined center

If anyone has experience interpreting mandalas from a more advanced perspective (symbolism, spirituality, etc.), I’d really appreciate your insights.

Thank you 🙏

My mandala

A hand drawn mandala. Working on intricate ink drawing focusing on cellular patterns and symmetry. A zentangle like method.
