How do are you guys advertising your mail club?

How do are you guys advertising your mail club?

Hi all you beautiful people! :)

I am so excited to see this subreddit and could use some advice.

I started my mail club in late January. It's called La Vie en Rose. I am a realism artist, and the theme is I look at my life with rose-colored glasses and turn the ordinary into art. In addition to my realism prints, I include stickers, a fun fact card, paper star activity, a personal message, a letter, and one lucky subscriber wins one of my ACEOs each month.

I've really been enjoying it, and I've grown to 17 subscribers, which I'm super grateful for! After my husband looked at our finances, he realized we had to make a lot of budget cuts. Since I'm not breaking even yet, he thinks I shouldn't continue the mail club. This was back in March. We came to a compromise where if I don't get 25 subscribers by May, I have to stop. I was looking over our finances too, and I know he's right, but it just sucks. I really really really don't want to stop.

I've kinda been scrambling trying to find ways to advertise my mail club and reach more people without spending any more money. I'm having trouble turning views on social media into customers. I would love any advice you guys have!!

Sorry for the longer post. Here's a link to my mail club if that helps:

I'm launching my mail club and I'm so excited

Hi !!

I've decided to start a mail club a few weeks ago and I'm currently preparing everything to be ready for May. I always dreamt of sharing my art and thoughts with people, so I'm very impatient to have the feedback of my first subscribers !!

I'm from France so for the moment I'm only sending there, but I also have a digital edition of the mail club, if you're interested feel free to contact me 🥺

I also want to support some of y'all so I would love to subscribe to yours !!

Foodie mail club?

Hi I'm Karley, based in the north of England!

I’ve been craving something slower lately—less screen time, more real moments. I wanted to find a food orientated mail club, but decided to make my own as I couldn't find what I envisaged in my head

So I’m wanting to create a small monthly recipe letter - each one will include a couple of seasonal recipes, a short story, and something to make cooking feel a bit more intentional, maybe some spices or herbs etc

I wanted some advice if that's okay? Do you guys think it's a good idea, would you be interested?

Introducing my first mail club — would love feedback from fellow mail/post club fans 💌

Hey everyone!

I’m currently in the process of launching my first ever mail club called The Sweethearts Club, and I’d really love to share it here and get some honest thoughts from people who already love or are building mail/post clubs.

It’s a small monthly mailing box designed to create a little moment of connection through the post. Each box includes:

  • A tarot-inspired message written by me
  • A sweet treat (for this first drop, a pineapple heart lollipop)
  • A collectible illustrated heart sticker designed by an artist

The idea is to keep it simple but meaningful — something small that feels like a pause in your month.

The first drop for May is now available and I’m currently focusing on UK shipping, but I am definitely open to expanding to international shipping depending on how this first release goes.

I’d really love any feedback on:

  • the concept
  • pricing/structure (it's £12)
  • what people usually look for in mail clubs
  • or anything you think I should consider before launch

Thanks so much for reading — excited to be part of this space and see what everyone else is building too 💖

Hey everyone! 🌞

My name is Ana, I am a printmaker and illustrator from Sofia, Bulgaria. My work is mostly inspired by nature and mysticism, pagan rituals and folklore. I am alto into the punk DIY scene and guerilla gardening. I started my mail club (Hands on Mail) in January because I have been fond of mail and receiving postcards and letters my whole life! I have been a part of the postcrossing community for some years also.

My monthly mail consists of a special postcard size linocut print, an analog photo postcard I shoot myself, because I love analog photography! A sticker, a letter with a monthly music playlist and a surprise goodie. I have 14 member so now and I am super excited about it!

Thank you for welcoming me into the community!

My new mail club

Hi! My name is Cristina, and I’m from Puerto Rico. I’m creating a mail club where real stories from people around the world are turned into meaningful, beautifully designed physical letters.

I’d love for you to be part of this journey 💌

I’m currently looking for people who would like to share their stories—or know someone who might. Every story matters, whether it’s beautiful, difficult, strange, or simply human.

Any interest in a notebook of the month club?

I've been designing and hand making pocket sized (3.5 x 5.5 inch, 48 pages) notebooks and have a lot of ideas for interesting covers and page layouts, as well as a range of different papers to try out. Cost would be $12 per month, which would get you a notebook, and perhaps a couple of add ons once in a while to keep things interesting!

If even one person is interested I'd be willing to give this a try!

Everything going out in May!

The theme was chosen last month via Patreon poll, and I couldn't be happier with the results!

Recommendation of a US-based club for someone interested in technology and darker aesthetics!

I would greatly appreciate any recommendations that are centered on one or both of these things! Thank you :)

Maximalist mail clubs?

Hello!

I’d love to see any other Mail clubs that have a colourful, maximalist aesthetic. I don’t subscribe to any currently but I’d like to. Oh and I’m in Australia.

This is my March offering - I’m just putting April together 💖
