Where do i go from here?

I dont know what possessed me but a few months ago I decided I was going to make my own wedding backdrop

Id consider myself a beginner. The only other thing ive done is a plant hanger about 4years ago. Im now in deep and I dont know where im going. Im sort of just making it up as I go.

I do plan on transferring it to a dark brown wooden frame and ill be adding some greenery etc to finish it off.

Please help, I feel theres a lot of empty space.

It's been a while...

I've lost quite a few brain cells on some of these projects 😆

Obsessed with my spiked berry bag for the RenFaire 🍓

I made this very large spiked strawberry bag for my RenFaire costume last summer and it’s one of my favorite things I’ve ever made!!

Ive been wanting to revamp this entire costume for this years faire… I think the body berries could be so much better. Just need to figure out how to round them a bit more

Getting better with practice - need tips for better finishing please!

I've made a few variations of this bracelet, using everything from embroidery thread to crochet thread to (this one) satin rattail and Chinese knitting cors. My first one was meh and wonky with the tension and finishing. Switching to the satin for the flowers made a big difference, and I think I'm settling on this adjustable loop/bead closure as a go-to.

Let me know what you think! And if anyone has suggestions for how to neaten up my finishing, would love tips. This metallic cord is very pretty but it doesn't melt, and fabric glue doesn't work, so I'm using nail polish to keep it from fraying after cutting it but there's got to be a better way. The satin cord does melt but because of the thickness I'm worried that it will undo itself - how can I make it more secure?
