I made a luchador mask from scraps
Not sure if this is the right place to post this but I took apart a luchar mask I bought in Mexico and then used it for a pattern to make a new one out of scraps. Thought yall might enjoy it 🙏🏾💪🏾🇲🇽

Pandemonium Pro is really kicking their relationship with CMLL into high gear
I was so nervous I forgot my mask at home. Had to borrow one from a guy who's been wrestling since the 90s-it smelled like cigarette smoke and defeat. Tripped on the ropes walking out. Tried a dive and face-planted the rail. Bit through my lip. Blood everywhere. Almost crashed into some kid in the front row. The veteran I was working with basically wrestled for both of us. I lost by roll-up. After the match, he just hugged me and said, "Welcome to the circus, kid." I was bleeding, embarrassed, and so happy I almost cried. A little girl asked for my photo anyway. That's when I knew I'd be back next week.
Any fellow lucha libre fans in here should definitely check this out — Marco Corleone just launched an official YouTube channel.
Yeah, Mark Jindrak from WWE/WCW… but honestly for a lot of us he’ll always be Marco Corleone from Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre.
He’s already posting videos in both Spanish and English and talking about his wrestling career, backstage stories, reactions, etc.
I'll be honest, I wasn't sold on the WWE/AAA crossover at first. But after the May 2 show? Yeah, I'm in. When The Creed Brothers ran out and wrecked Ludwig Kaiser, then stood next to OG Americano (come on, it's Chad Gable under that mask and we all know it), I actually yelled at my TV. My girlfriend thought something was on fire. The mask vs. mask match on May 30 is suddenly the only thing I care about.
Are you rooting for Americano or Kaiser? And please tell me the Rey Fenix rumor isn't fake. I just want one (1) nice thing this spring.
While expensive for wrestling it's very good. This is some of the hottest wrestling in the world and being able to watch the Viernes Spectacular is awesome.
My only complaint is there are a lot of luchadores who are really not great on the low card. Some are pretty cool like the Dragon tag team or Villanos but I saw Felino JR and the dude was moving in slow motion. It was hard to watch.
Still I'll say MOST of the talent can go, even old dudes like Blue Panther JR or Atlantis can still go and the top wrestlers (Mascara Dorada, Mistico, Hechicero) are straight up great.
Anyways I'm not rich in fact I make only like 23 an hour but Ive been managing my money carefully and I've been able to afford it. I spent about $50 ON wrestling a month (NJPW, CMLL and Wrestling Observer) and I go see AEW once or twice a year for like $80. I'm not going to lie I share an account with my friend for peacock and MAX lol.
I live in America, don’t speak Spanish but love Lucha. AAA is great now that TKO bought it, but how can I keep up start watching CMLL? I know they have the YouTube, but do they have English commentary?
Any help would be great!
Taken Friday May 8 2026 at Arena Mexico. Great show!
Buenas gente, hice el meme de Ryu y Cíclope pero con el santo y blue demon jaja
AAA and CMLL have both brought in quite a few international wrestlers in recent years. Some have been given real storylines and meaningful matches, while others seem to be there mostly for the spectacle or a quick boost in attendance.
It’s always interesting to see how they integrate extranjero talent into the lucha style. Some adapt beautifully to the pacing and the mats, while others feel a bit out of place.
How do you feel about the current use of foreign talent in AAA and CMLL?

When do matchcards normally go online? I will attend cmll on tuesday, but nothing is on the website yet.
He’s quickly becoming a favorite of mine, and I see these pictures circulating all the time. Also, if you have recommendations for best matches, let me know!
Following WWE’s acquisition of AAA during the WrestleMania 41 countdown show in April 2025, the wrestling world has started seeing more crossover between WWE and AAA talent. One of the biggest names involved so far has been Dominik Mysterio, whose transition into AAA programming has already caught major attention.
Wrestling veteran Chavo Guerrero recently praised Dominik’s move between promotions, describing the transition as “effortless.” That’s a pretty significant compliment considering AAA’s style, pacing, and audience expectations are very different from WWE television.
This feels like a major growth moment for Dominik Mysterio as a performer. Moving into AAA and fitting into that environment without feeling out of place says a lot about how much he has evolved since his early WWE run. It also opens the door for fresh rivalries, crossover storytelling, and a bigger long-term role if WWE continues building stronger ties with AAA.
Online reactions have mostly been positive, with many fans giving Dominik credit for improving rapidly over the last two years. Others are excited about what this partnership could mean for future WWE and AAA storylines.
Do you think Dominik is finally stepping out of Rey Mysterio’s shadow, or does he still have something to prove?

Trios and atomicos matches are a huge part of lucha libre’s identity, and they can be incredibly fun and chaotic. But sometimes it feels like there are so many multi-man matches that long-term individual storylines get lost or diluted. On the other hand, they allow for so much creativity and the chance for veterans to pass their mental grit down to the younger generation. It's a staple of the CMLL and AAA experience, but does it come at a cost to the personal one-on-one feuds?
