Could this be an image from Public Eye?

So I was rewatching some of the old episodes and I saw as (presumably the a weather service employee(?) hijacking the hijacked station telling people not to look at the night sky, it switches from a blood red background to this image, which looks like a beach area(?)

I know the show used to air Hawaiian getaways from one of the archives, which interestingly enough has a similar archive identifier to the one that the United States Department for the Preservation of American Dignity used in a found footage that we can see Chiron in (presumably sometime be 2000 - 2014 based on the channel's logo used) and in their Contingency Message Reel, so there might be a chance. But the thing that confuses me the most is that how did the time go from 12:15pm to 2:15pm so quickly?

My friends came over to my house a while ago, and I introduced them to ARGS and stuff like that. I showed them Gemini Home Entertainment and Local 58, and they loved it. I wanna know more videos/channels like that to show them. I know the scene has become kinda overstaurated so I want actual good high-quality videos not like Tung tung sahur analog horror.

About TRI

I’ve rewatched both videos that TRI (Though Research Initiative) appears in, which are real sleep and the latest one ad spot, and I’ve been wondering what the company’s goal could be, heres a theory.

Rewatching both videos one similarity that comes up between them is that they pick something for the viewer to be against to say they’re version is better.

In real sleep they talk about how Dreams are unnecessary, and in ad spot how generative ai is wasteful (Based of them ngl)

My point with bringing these up is that while we don’t know much, but what if TRI will eventually set them self up as the opposition to the moon? Maybe they’re trying to upload people into computers to starve the moon and feed themselves, maybe thats why the person who was using the computer responded “yes” to god.

This is more just speculation and curiosity than an outright theory, but I wouldn’t be surprised either way if TRI and the moon end up crossing paths at some point in the world.

I've done my best to break down everything in the TRI Ethics & Safety page.

THE TEXT

I left comments open because there were some words I couldn't figure out, and I would love some help on them.

THE GRAPHICS

Each of the graphics are .gif files. Here are their names in the order of the images:

Not sure if the file names have any correlation, a few of them are the same exact size:

t7down and t0 are 1874 x 644

t6down and t8soft are 1874 x 1116

t8down is the only files that's 800 x 476

I overlayed the ones that matched sizes (images six and seven), but it didn't clear anything up

All the files clearly have words in them, but I haven't decoded them yet.

Let me know if i missed anything or if you figure out what's in the images!

EDIT: The Local 58 website is current down by the looks of it, but the image that appears definitely has some meaning. You can see "R [something] 4" and "P[something]" near the bottom half of the image but I can't make it out at all. Tell if this is nothing, I'm not sure

UPDATE: the .gif files seem to just be the main body of text with glitch effects, unfortunately. I can make out phrases like "we believe" and "Furthermore" which are part of the paragraphs.
