2 out of my last 3 orders have been wrong

I bought the first pair online with no issues using discounts.

Got a 2nd pair in store using insurance. They came back with the wrong frame color and they added a sphere. They ordered me a new pair, no big deal things happen.

3rd pair were sunglasses I ordered online with coupon they won't take in store and it came back completely unwearable due to how lopsided they were (see picture of 1 arm not on the table), the lenses themselves look like crap on the outside with white marks and they added a prism this time! Took them to the store and first they try saying they can't do anything bc I ordered online even though website says free returns online or in oefson. Then they said only the manager will do it and I have to come back a different day. These glasses are $671 pre discount. That's an insane amount of money to not be wearable out of the box (assuming correct prescription they were too crooked). My $70 Zenni pair was better.

My prescription is -4.75 in each eye. That's it. Nothing fancy. Why do they take the extra time to add a sphere or prism? And does nobody double check for accuracy before shipping?

The online contact system sucks and won't work for me to file a complaint.

I won't be purchasing another pair from them.
