I have a 2011 lancer , just heard this noise today , the vehicle has high mileage around 284000 kilometers, runs fine other than this today , I recently replaced the purge valve selonoid I can't see why that would cause the noise.

I bought Vland head lights they came with no bulbs so i bought H7 LED from autozone they are garbage i cant see anything at night i believe the person who installed it did it incorrectly, my question is would it be that the H7 that does not go well with the head lights and j need to buy different ones (if so please recommend me some) or is it the installation that was done incorrectly thank you 🙏
