And it's broken down on a draw bridge. Dead battery maybe? Needed a jump start, I guess. Sorry for the bad picture quality.
Any way to tell which one of the 65 this is? Have no clue on model tbh (my guess is the R).
Jesko #7265 was joined with another Jesko that was recently delivered to New York.

This could go down like a lead balloon but hey ho.
Don’t get me wrong, the V8 they use is epic, and they’ve done super well to evolve it to what it is now. But realistically have Koenigsegg not been using the same unit since they started producing cars, just reiterating it? I know this is standard practice for a lot of big manufacturers- reverse engineering etc. to save a pretty penny and save time. But if that’s what they’re gonna do at least transform different motors. Koenigsegg stands out the way it is, but to me, seeing them take a V6 and turn it into a monster would be cool. If I had the money I’d personally send them a Ferrari 6.5 and say go wild. They’ve produced 3 cylinder engines sure, but of course in the end they weren’t popular enough, because who wants a multimillion dollar car with a poxy 3 banger.
Yeah, the V8 might be the best engine layout for sports performance, sounds epic, yada yada. But if there’s one thing Koenigsegg stands out for to me, it’s finding radical solutions to problems that others couldn’t be bothered to look at. Freevalve, Vulcanol, Dark Matter motor, door mechanisms, light speed trans, I can go on and on. So why on earth are they just hanging onto that V8? Why not try something a bit risky?
Logistically this doesn’t might not make sense but who cares about sense in this realm of engineering?
Spotted this car in Manhattan Beach last December but decided to post it now since everyone seems to be seeing the car
