Hey everyone,
26 year old NRI(moving back to indore in 2years) looking at Micro Mitti Madhuvan, a plotted township in Indore’s AB Bypass corridor at ₹7,500/sqft. Nearby townships in the same area with no amenities are going at ₹5,500–6,500/sqft.
Questions:
1. Is the ₹1,000–2,000/sqft premium over basic neighbouring townships justified or am I overpaying?
2. Does amenity premium actually reflect in resale or do all plots in an area appreciate similarly?
3. Realistic appreciation expectations on AB Bypass for next 5-7 years?
Would love honest feedback from anyone who knows the Indore market .

Hey Guys I recently Bought a Refurbished Dell Latitude 3420 with these configuration

Processor: i5-11th Gen

Storage : 256 GB SATA SSD

RAM: 8 GB 2400 Mhz RAM

Display: 1980x1080 FHD display

I bought this for around 22000₹.

I asked them if they are willing to upgrade ram to 16 GB , they said it will take 6000 ₹, but the RAM of the laptop has 2400 Mhz rather than 3200 Mhz so asked for the discount. (They refused)

Anyway I want to Buy another 8 GB 2400 Mhz ram, any shop recommendations?

I have been suffering from burp issues from around 1 month

Even after very minimized consumption my electricity bill is not coming down from 2k,

While I don't know how but electricity bills of my every known relatives or friends is always like 200 to 400 when I questioned the electricity department they said if you consume less then 150Kv in month a subsidy will automatically apply but believe me all my friends uses the electricity same as me, some use more then me i live in a 2bhk and one of my relatives have a 3 story house still his bill is less then 500(nobody has a solar panels)

Why this kind of discrimination is happening 😐 😕

Saw something wholesome today near Manavta Gate on Kanadiya Road, Indore.

A group of young kids have started a small sandwich stall on the roadside instead of wasting time doing nothing. Their confidence and effort honestly deserve appreciation.

Even buying one sandwich or just stopping by to encourage them can make a huge difference in their mindset and confidence at this age. Small support can motivate them to keep choosing hard work and positivity in life
