I am 19(m) , ca Finalist, passed the ca inter in sep 25 and started articleship in a very small firm at surat, the firm was so small that for the 2 months I was the only article there, I used to travel 3 hours a day as I live in a nearby city ( navsari ), after 5 months last week I decided to quit there, and now searching for a articleship but don't know what to do, there's no good firms in my city, and I am kinda hating surat, still tried to apply in 2-3 reputed firms but they didn't respond, I have a chance to join in a mid size firm in my city, but still considering surat, ahmedabad, and even mumbai as a option because of exposure and also FOMO of going out of the smalltown, but may be mentally i am not seemed to be prepared for this, no clear thoughts, no friends for guidance, no connections, i am so confused.

Can someone tell me that for which attempt I should register as September one's last date of registration is 1st may so should I register for September or January because I'm not prepared so I don't want my preparation to clash with cuet results and college process so I'm thinking of January attempt..

So the firm im talking about is jodhpur based, and ahmedabad me b office hai unka. unke multiple firms b hai jinme inke audit aate rehte hai.

abhi inka exposure sabse jyada bank sector me he; concurrent audit, stat audit, revenue audit, stock audit etc aate rehta hai inke paas. and side me companies & corporations b hai jinka inke pass stat and internal audit hai (but very few). taxation me inke pass ITRs hai companies as well as individulas ke and limited GST audit b he. main dikkat is in the policies of firm and the PRINCIPAL.

Things to keep in mind:

1. inki office kuchh 35-40 saal purani hai and unki daughter b CA hai and partner in same firm.
2. Ek assistant hai inke saath, jo GST expert hai and is with the firm for quite a long time.

lets go point by point:

1. Public holiday are considered leave (adjusted from 24 leaves)
2. Stipend is paid quarterly
3. Stipend is deducted agar chuutti li to (except sunday, and agar sunday kaam kia to uska milega)
4. Ye sari chize interview ke time disclose nai krte (hamse puchhte he aap ape savaal batao aap kya janna chahte ho, and usime lapet lete he)
5. GHOSTING (completion certificate ki baat krlo, bolte he pehle 1 mahina bharo aur meri audit khtm krvaao, fir dekhte he) (kuchh bataa rahe ho apne baare and unhe achha naa lage to phone kaat denge, call back krne pr uthayenge nai)
6. koie b assignment pr jane ka ho audit krne, senior k saath jaao (CA won't accompany you, BC sikhenge kisse😶)
7. interview time kahenge stipend first year itna, second year itna. (Year complete hone pe kehte he dekhte he, sochte he, itna to nai bola tha, abhi to paisa b nai hai, blah blah)
8. Inke 5-7 saal purani o/s audit fee, jiske liye abhi jaag rhe ye log, uska follow up krn client k pass jaao (ab tk kya kr rhe the😑)
9. Mistake hone pr gaali dena, nikamma, namuna, kabaad jaise words use krna.
10. inke personal ghar k kaam kro. (vehicle dhona, panipuri leke ana, khakhre leke aana, inka personal parcel aya ho daak se to vo leke aake inke ghar pe deke ana, office boy thodi hu me)
11. Koi interview k lie aaye to pehle unhe exposure k baare me ham yani article samjhayenge usko k aisa aisa hai, fir ye log online interview lenge

Bolte to aisa hai k ye sari chize tumko sikhne nai milegi kahi par. (sikhao lekin professionalism kahaa he??)

ham log ate he sikhne k lie, aur ye smjhte hai inhe kuchh b kehdo, kya hi kar lenge. kuchh bolenge to completion rok denge🫠😑.

Icai me complain b kiya (friend ne) lekin icai kya reply krti hai, aap apni identity reveal kro, apna WRO do, ham firm se confirm karenge k is article ne ye bola hai, fir dekhte hai.
