I am trying to get photos off of an old phone for my mom. I have to update the photo app with the play store in order to use it. When I try signing in for her, it gives me this message. So I continue to sign in online and verify, but it stays stuck on this verify screen. Has anyone had this problem? It let me sign into Google on the browser separately, but not if I do it through the play store.
