Should I stretch to ₹1.6 Cr for Calista Heights penthouse or stay under ₹1 Cr?
Hi all,
I’m planning to buy my first property and considering a penthouse in Calista Heights (milak lachi, Techzone 7, Greater Noida West) by Radhike Greens for ₹1.6 Cr.
Problem is that its way above my budget, but it feels like my dream home.
Concerns:
Builder is relatively new
Not sure about Techzone 7 appreciation
Would it be smarter to:
Go for this (long-term dream home), or
Stay under ₹1 Cr and play safe?
Anyone familiar with the project/area or been in a similar situation?
