It can be anything as long as it is safe for work.

You can share a picture, or just explain what you would want! Doing both is also great! (say a picture of your pet and you want me to add something to it)

-> I cannot guarantee I will be able to do everything of course, and I want it to be quick doodles, so I will keep it simple-ish.
