Verification taking a long time

Hello, is anyone else having this problem, I did a crypto cash out on 5/7/26 and its still "pending review"?

I also have a large "pending transaction" that I have to wait 30 days for! is there anyone at support that can speed this up. I have 3 completed offers and nothing to show, zero in any account, for it since April 30.

My Gemsloot ID is 467073 if that helps at all.

Can't log back in

Having a problem logging back in, just did a survey and logged me out right after. Went to login again, came to the 'enter verification code' popup and nothing arrived in my email. Tried to Resend multiple times and still nothing has come through.

Verification can't be accepted for "fraud" but I'm new

Why though? I've never even used this site before. Why won't they accept verification the first time?

After reaching 50$ spending some days i got my best gift ever from gemsloot

And after asking for face ID and Id
I got banned
Reason offer fraud ( offer raid shadow legend )
They ask for kyc but they say unable to process

After $200 earned they keep refusing to verify my account, no explanation

I’ve used other sites like this one and NEVER had an issue, one of them randomly sent me $150 last week out of nowhere which actually made my day as I was broke at the time.

I always invest as much money as I can in sites like these because its the fastest way to make more money and you can often get the service/products for “free” because of the cashback.

Never once made a chargeback or anything of the sort

Heard about gemsloot here on reddit, gave it a shot and quickly made almost $200 just from a casino offer and a few others. i’m a heavy gambler (thousands of dollars a week) so this wasn’t too hard and I actually won at the casino so it all seemed to be going great til i tried to cash out.

it’s been 2 weeks, they keep denying my KYC without telling me why, no answer to my support tickets or any attempt to contact me by email.

they made me record a video holding my drivers license and a piece of paper with the date and the name of the website, which I did.

All the casino offers have been “investigated” and they all have come back clean, they added 7-day counters to some of them and STILL can’t find anything.

Yesterday they said they were going to keep me on hold til they verify my casino winnings cuz it seemed too fast. Today they finally denied my KYC and sent this email, which has no information at all but makes it seem like they’re telling me how to fix it.

Is this site an actual scam and is there any way for me to get my money out? They have my drivers license front and back, proof of address, actual 4k video of me showing them my documentation so it seems like they already decided not to verify me and now they’re just toying with me. No phone number, no location, so what now?

Does anyone know how long this will take?
Already waited 30 days for the offer to track and now this
I couldn’t even use Paypal to cash out as it kept saying error
Also I have over £130+ available but only lets me request $50( roughly £35) at a time. I tried to do 2, woke up today and one’s already been rejected
I have completed KYC and it’s already been accepted almost 30 days ago now
Has this happened to anyone else?
