I used the words Smaug's self description to make the image of the dragon! "My breath death" is in the flames. "My teeth like swords" makes the head with 'swords' repeated for the top and bottom set of teeth. "My armor is like tenfold shields" goes down the neck. "My wings, a hurricane goes from the neck to the wings with 'hurricane' repeated for each wing. "My claws spears" is on each leg. Lastly, "the shock of my tail a thunderbolt" goes down the tail.

Here is a video explaining how it says what it says: https://youtu.be/n1nCY91mDXU

gallifreyan X cybersigilism

Probably doesn’t work great and I know I’m forgetting some stuff with the order that you read a sentence in, but I decided to try and add my own twist onto the circles and lines obviously technically breaks a few rules, but like I think it’s potentially translatable still

I'm new to reddit and don't quite know if this is the right place to post this. I'm an artist who creates paintings in a language I don't really understand but am a conduit for. I've been told that my art looks like it's Gallifreyan, thought I'd share it here, seemed like the right sub for it.

I never knew this r existed so "hi im new here"

All the "Doctor Who official" gallifreyan translators seem to only do circle galliffreyan. Im looking more for linear to design a spine tattoo. Does anyone know of a linear translation page?

Yes I know there is no "legit" translation like elvish or klingon but I would prefer something that did look more legit than me drawing random circles.

This was a commission done based on “vibes” after chatting with a person at a con. She chatted about how she, as an adult, has been embracing more of the joys of childhood, colors, plushies, comfort, and being “little”… especially since due to life events, she had to grow up fast. She also said her favorite show is firefly, which has the main theme song of “you can’t take the sky from me”

The translation is:

“I will not let you take the whimsy and joy from me.

I must nurture the child of my soul.

It’s a big job to feel little.”

Personally, I'm playing an RPG and my game master threw this circular Gallifreya puzzle for us to solve, but we've been trying for hours and nothing. If anyone knows how to translate this, please help me.
