I got my c11 pro not so long ago and I like it a lot. Great bike for commuting.

But my main complaint is the battery life. They claim 104 km range, but I know that it won't be the case, so I expected 70km at least. Nope, my battery life is terrible, I only got around 35-40km per charge. I believe my battery is faulty.

I have contacted Fiido support, unhelpful. If they are not replying within the next few days, I am considering to find a way to return the bike, which is sad because I really like it.

Hello,

On my Fiido T2 a „tensioning roller“ or a shift roller is used as a tensioner / derailleur. However, this roller has no bearing, but only a sleeve pressed with the guide. The construct makes a quiet but clearly audible noise, so I’m looking for a replacement for it.

So we are looking for a roll with 12 teeth, about 50mm diameter with (ball) bearing with 8mm hole.

With everything I find, it fails because of the 8mm hole. But it is needed for the holder there, because it is screwed with an 8mm bolt.

C21 in an apartment, maybe extender battery does the trick?

I am really hooked on getting this C21 gravel bike, but I live in an apartment and can't easily charge it every day. Daily commute is around 20 km city traffic in total, and I am wondering if it means I need to charge every night?

And since I can't charge anywhere, does the extender battery help with that? Can I use that, clip it off to bring it in, and never charge the internal battery? Do I even need the internal battery at that point? Could I perhaps just take it out and only hook up external battery?
