I work in product design and find the Enyaq, particularly the pre-facelift an exceptional feat of design, probably one of Skoda's best ever.

It takes the polygonal sharp angles of Bohemian crystal to reference it's Chech heritage. It's subtly agressive but nothing is overly emphasized. It's the only MEB car that managed to design a cohesive car over the battery pack without making it look stocky and awkward like most EVs where you can't tell if you are looking at sn SUV or some weird tall car with big wheels.

And then we have the coupe. a sports car? but tall? why? It looks like one of those DIY projects where someone stuck a compact car body on a Jeep chassis. I know it's subjective, but I just can't wrap my head around the idea of an SUV Coupe. Its conflicting design language really bothers me. Same goes for the Q4 Sportback and ID.5

I’ve been reading this sub for a while and it’s honestly one of the reasons I’m now looking seriously at buying an Enyaq.

My budget is around 20,000€-25,000€ used, which basically means choosing between:

2021 models with lower mileage.

or 2022-2023 models with much higher mileage.

From reading here, it seems like most people are happy with the car and the main issue was older software. So my question is:

If both cars are already on ME3.x , and similar battery health, does the model year still matter a lot? Or are they more or less the same in practice? I care mostly about reliability.

I’m trying to understand how much weight I should give to each factor. Also if you have any tips on what to look or not look for, that would be greatly appreciated!

But devil is hidden in the details.

Is enyak as good as id4 regarding sound insulation?

I have an id4 pro max ( dcc, double glass etc) and i hate the armrest.

Yet i enjoy it because it's the quietest car ever for my budget.

Is Enyaq as good as id4 regarding this aspect ( and comfort in general?

Hey everyone,
I got an Enyaq 85 Sportline (MY2024) with MEB 5.2 and made a curious discovery today.

My car shows me a total mileage of 45.605 km (I took delivery from the dealer with 33 km on the odometer, so I’ve driven a total of 45.572 km).

However, the onboard computer shows a long-term average consumption since delivery of 18,8 kWh / 100 km over a distance of 45.670 km.
I’m wondering why there is a difference between the odometer and the long-term display, regardless of whether I reset the long-term display at takeover or not (I don’t remember, but I think it’s not important whether it’s 65 km or 98 km)

Can anyone explain this to me, or has anyone had a similar experience?

So I have two Audis and got the VRS Coupe now but two things bother me hard.

First can it be that there is no way to display the current playing song in either VC or HUD ? I only use CarPlay.

Secondly I have the Canton system and upgraded the Sub, got my settings kinda dialed in mostly but some songs it seems the Canton DSP gets all confused and fucks up the complete song and it sounds over processed. Is there anything that can be done ?

Is it possible that smartphones placed in the inductive charging tray are only charged just enough to prevent them from losing battery power? Or could it be because both of my smartphones have cases on them? Regardless of whether I charge my iPhone or my Google Pixel, neither gains any battery life; instead, they simply maintain their current charge level.

The vehicle's display indicates to me that the devices are charging.

For instance, when I charge my iPhone wirelessly at home, it charges completely normally until it is full.

I own an iPhone 14 and a Google Pixel 10 Pro XL, and I drive a Skoda Enyaq Coupe RS (model year early 2026).

I have a question about Škoda Enyaq 80 from 2022 (1st gen).

The display shows a battery icon with a few bars near it (2 from 5 in my case).

The main battery has 70%, this is more than 2/5), smartphones are not connected either.

What battery is mentioned here?

Hi all! I am really interested in purchasing a 2024 Enyaq 85, but having 2 dogs and wondering of REAL measurement och the trunk width to fit my existing 2 cages next to each other. Is the real width 1000mm as stated in official information ALSO between the tires in the trunk. Trying to fit two Artfex Medium having 495mm width.

Anyone with live experience and measurement?
