Tips to make Customer rating higher

Are there any tips on what I can do to make my customer rating higher? I cannot seem to get past 4.7. I do everything correctly. The only thing that I don't do is message the customer all the time unless I have to.

STOP ACCEPTING these lowball offers! And STOP accepting grocery orders mixed with GMD packages. The more of us that stop accepting this bullshit the more they will go back to how things were. A lot of of us had quit our jobs to do this full-time and now we can’t even fucking make a living. All these new drivers are accepting these bullshit ass orders because they’re coming from other bullshit ass platforms, such as DoorDash, Uber eats and Instacart… STOP TAKING THESE ORDERS!!!

I will NEVER fall for the GMD scam.. anyone else noticing that the only offers you really see now are GMD’s and horrible mileage offers?? This is a marketing tactic that Walmart is using to force drivers to accept horrible offers and I will NEVERR fall for it… Walmart is purposefully making it nearly impossible to find good orders anymore, they’re doing that because they want you to feel desperate enough to just take any order that comes your way, and when you do, they save money and you lose it…

Notice how they show a BUNCH of GMD one minute offers but the good orders only come out as a first come first serve where you only have 0.3 seconds to click?? ever asked yourself why you rarely see any high paying good orders as a one minute offer anymore?? that’s because they want you to feel the pressure, they want you to sit in a parking lot long enough that you get to a point where you start accepting anything… I will gladly drive 30 minutes back to my house with zero orders before I EVER touch a gmd..

I have just accepted that it’s time to put my cyber security degree to use and find me a work from home computer job and then maybe work spark on Saturdays and sundays ONLY…

My goal now every time I go is to only take 3 high paying orders like the ones in the photos, and go home.. and if I can’t and only see a bunch of GMD/garbage orders then I will gladly drive back home with zero dollars in my account

First $300 Day & Reached Rookie Status

Had my first $300 day yesterday and passed 500 trips. I left my house at 3:20pm and got back home at 10:58pm, total miles driven was 74.4miles (17kWh of battery used)

Hope the guys that make the app are kidding

With gas prices so high, they come up this is not even worth it to drive anymore at this point just tell me that you me to do the delivering for free.

I don't do this fulltime as I am retired and make equivalent to 55k sitting on my ass.

My bills are paid. This is just play money for my hobbies (painting and video games and some family random activities).

Gas was about 220 in total for the week (thanks agent orange).

I went out last week every day for 8 hours and then sat for 12 hours and then Sunday got screwed over by Walmarts incompetent OGP taking over hour to fulfill curbside so I lost out on over 100 dollars due to that but still did well.

Of course market dependent.

Playing the Game

The last couple months have been rough for all of us I feel like, as the changes on the driving platform have a catastrophe. Offers are paying less than miles driven, online orders mixed with shopping, lowball orders, AI assistance instead of humans, etc.

The way I’ve countered the low wages and low ball offers, are just by sitting at a parking lot across the street, not Walmarts or even around it. I went from barely seeing anything above $15-20 to now almost every order is $20 shopping for 2 miles or around that, or $40 and higher for some shopping. Finally getting back to what wages were forever for myself. I hope I don’t jynx myself, but I feels good to be back on good terms with wages lol

Has anyone else done the same or tried to finagle the algorithm?

Walmart out their damn mind

This is the worse of the pickups I’ve seen today, but still, they’re all almost as bad. This is only one GMD attached to two grocery pickups that didn’t have much of a tip but there was still something.

No chance in hell I’d ever take that even if gas was free.

I’m still doing well - made nearly $300 in 7 hours yesterday, but I’m seeing more and more of this BS which is discouraging.

Miles not matching up

So I just took a trip that was $22 for 10 miles which was good. It ends up being 15 miles so I chat with support and tell them I do not like being misled especially right now with the gas prices as high as they are. And the response was, I will make a note of it and they may compensate you, but I can’t promise anything! Anybody else is Miles not matching up?
