Project started in 2018, kit was for an E92, shopped around for those but didn’t love what I found so far. Saw an ad for an E91 and knew that had to be the car.
Kit was far from a fit, lots of custom fibreglassing and bondo to get it working. Years of doing bolt-on look then moulding then back and forth, glad I landed at moulding.
3SIM, exhaust, generally mint inside and out, working on getting AC working again after all these years.

I recently bought a 325d 2006 e91 (first car) and during the first oil change noticed a LOT of rust. I need to replace some structural parts but have no idea where to get some. Does anyone have a solution I really want to save the car. Thanks, pictures for reference

Passenger door, front fender
Hey guys, I just bought a E91.
The previous owner damaged the passenger door and the right front fender.
I want to fix them with used one from the internet.
Found a good deal with the same color but there are for the lci.
I have a pre lci one but with the lights on the door handles.
The internet says there are the exakt same just some wire stuff bec of the glowing handles.
Maybe anyone can assure me that it will fit.

Anyone run 18x8 ET 30 before on their E9X?
Hi all,
I have a pre-LCI 328xi E91 at the moment, on a square set up of Style 159 (17x8.5 ET 34) wheels with 225/50R17 tires. Locally a set of BBS XR 18x8 ET 30 popped up and I really like the look - but I was wondering if anyone has run wheels this size before on their E9X and if so, what tires did you use on them? From the tire/wheel comparison websites I’ve used it seems like it should work okay but I would like to be sure.
