the gear wasn't the best to begin with but then I could not for the life of me find a vein and I swear to god I can never not find one, I only have 4 that I rotate through and not one of them would draw back, I checked it wasn't blocked and it wasn't. eventually hit a spot I'd never even tried before, it went in pretty smooth but because the blood was so thick it took ages to push in and I couldn't see if I was registering halfway through.
