The Emerald Whisper (Dungeons & Dragons Character Concept)
Her name is Vaelithra Morwyn. she is a Draconic Tiefling who is a rare bloodline born from infernal ancestry mixed with ancient green dragon essence. Her backstory begin as a girl Beneath the Cathedral. Vaelithra was abandoned beneath the ruins of an ancient dragon worship cathedral where priests sealed forbidden knowledge away from the world. As a child, she heard voices no one else could hear. Deep below the cathedral, chained beneath layers of holy sigils, rested the Whispering Grimoire a living relic created from the memories of dead warlocks. When invaders destroyed the cathedral, the seals broke. The book chose her. Not because she was powerful. but because she was willing to listen. The grimoire fed her ancient knowledge in exchange for carrying its voice into the world. Over the years, its whispers transformed her body in to something different. her dragon wings emerged, her blood turned emerald and her soul became tied to forgotten magic. Now kingdoms hunt her as a cursed omen while secret cults worship her as " The Emerald Whisper".
Yet even Vaelithra no longer knows where her thoughts end… and the grimoire’s begin.
Where are you running, Nikki?
Hi! It's been a while since I've posted here :3
Anywho, I'm now working on some oc works, this is Nikki!
I wonder who shes running from? ;3
nature digital art- butterflies and host plants
Monarch with milkweed, zebra swallowtail with pawpaw tree, and painted lady with aster. Here is my process- I am a very novice artist and idk if what I do is honestly even "true art". I would like to hear if what I am doing is cheating lol. I take a photograph of my subject (the butterfly or host plant). I use the photograph to trace the shapes and get the shadows/highlights/colors. I used Sketchbook iPad app to make these. I make layers of color and shape over the original photograph to match exactly the shading and color I see. I might use the pen tool, brush tool, pencil tool, whatever it takes to achieve what I see in the photo. At the end of the process, I have several digital layers of color. I delete the original photo layer underneath. Then I add the two drawings together (ie monarch and milkweed). If I use the reference photo on this level, am I still technically doing digital art? Or just some sort of tracing? Thanks for any input!

New Artist Help/Advice
Hello all, I am a brand new artist who just got into drawing recently. I just got an I pad for my birthday and started doing some digital art on procreate! I have NO IDEA what I’m doing so please don’t judge. I’ve been working on this bird for 2 days now and I’m genuinely stuck. I don’t know what to do next in terms of making the bird look a little more realistic. I’m gonna work on the background for a bit but if anyone has any tips at all that could help me that would be fantastic. Thanks for your time! (Btw I know the black looks bad on the tail lol)
Messy colored sketch
Needed more karma so here's my oc, wish I hadn't left his hair over his hat but oh well.
Arte feita para um jogo de cartas nunca lançado, essa seria a arte do Menu
Cada pequena interação entre os personagens seria uma opção, eles são feitos em layers diferentes então seria fácil a aplicação em um website. Infelizmente nunca foi lançado
There ´ s some of the first attempt i made on the phone. First try of digital drawing.
Hi everybody. This is my new work in ZBrush. C&C welcome
Hopping back into anthro art a bit with this one! Rendering too (it’s been an embarrassingly long time lol)
Character belongs to @//beauisokfornow on Tumblr<3 Go check out their art, it’s top tier!!
Been experimenting with organic shapes and pushing them into a chrome material workflow.
I’m mainly focusing on how reflections define the form instead of relying on geometry alone, trying to get that liquid metal feel while keeping the structure readable.
Sculpted in Nomad Sculpt and post-processed in Photoshop.
Would love any feedback, especially on the lighting and material feel.
Some drawings from a few months ago that I got too lazy to finish.
