My dog is ready for the June 9th show!
They say service dogs are allowed but he'd have an Uncontrollable Urge to be Jerkin' Back and Forth.

The 100 Greatest Punk Albums of All Time
spoiler: Q:AWNM came in the 50s...
A specially-crafted program of archival restorations of seminal film and video works by the incomparable DEVO hits this Saturday 5/23/26 at the venerable ATA Gallery and home of Craig Baldwin's longstanding Other Cinema series.
Two shows, 7pm and 9pm.
In addition to the restored shorts, expect unseen live clips, take-no-prisoners interviews, and ephemera, with likely special guest appearance for Q&A. This marks the first Bay Area screening of these restorations, which have shown at MoMA NY, AFI Maryland, etc., but in different form to-nite.

Found this on a site how much do you think I should offer?
The chrome frames are the limited edition beryllium Arkonite II (one of 275 made), and the gold frames are the stainless steel Arkonite V2
A great episode of one of my favourite podcasts
I will be going to see Devo on 8/28 in Miami. Even though I learned to appreciate Devo later in life; I'm 43 and I started listening to them in my late twenties, they are one of my favorite bands of all time. For those who've been to their shows and did the VIP experience would they sign 2 items? I have a Booji Boy figure I want Mark to sign and a small poster I want the band to sign. Will they only sign one item? How much time do you spend backstage and is it before or after the show?
Thanks in advance. Hope to see some of you all there.
I was at the mosseood meltdown. I am short and all the photographers beyond the barrier were taller and I couldn't see the band. So I hopped the barrier and went right up to the stage. Anyway, because of that after the show i was able to make my way back stage. I met everyone. I already bought the signed album so I had them sign the sleeve. Gerald seemed really tired so I didn't get a picture I just shook his hand. But they were all very nice. Plus I met John Waters
Pretty much what the title says. My main axe is the Eastwood 2x4 reissue and I finally got some nice speakers to use for my PC/Amplitube and I was wondering if any of you had any tips for getting a Bob 1 esque tone. I do know what amp he used in the pre-Warner days but I don't believe Amplitube has an equivalent to it
I am at the band that night Devo add pleasure island and they put on a great show December 31, 1990 with the fireworks going and songs like girl you want and satisfaction were fantastic duty now for the future spuds
Another one is my series of pointing out the DEVO music, this one is my personal favourite. Dr Detroit was a great movie lol
Bonus - Surf Punks self-titled self released album reviewed. It would later be re-released on Epic with extra tracks as My Beach.

On the cover of our magazine you will see a totally absurd symbol with a bunch of numbers below it. Devo used this symbol all over the cover of their new album. It's one of those tell-tale symbols of how we are becoming over controlled and over regulated and over evolved. The very electronics used here provide a further statement; the words speak it; it's the basis for de-evolution music!
Right now Devo is a popular New Wave band -1 really hope the masses get hip to what they are doing and why.
Entertainment yes, but I think much more sophisticated than most think.
Someone ought to pipe this one into the White House sound system or even better yet, into the Pentagon. I'd love to see those generals' faces when they heard "Blockhead!" Aahoo!

Second cover is January 1979 issue that has a pic of Devo in the "Funny Foto" section
Does anyone know where to get this shirt, they used to have it on the web store but it's gone now and the ebay prices are horrendous
