Bruce Cassidy

Should the Devils be considering Bruce Cassidy over Keefe? I feel like it made sense to see how Keefe does with a new GM but personally I think it would be a great move to bring Cassidy in.

Who is this guy?

I’ve only heard that he’s obnoxious, don’t get me wrong, it’s always fuck the rangers and that garbage city, but this is a level on its own lol

the canes sweep the flyers....

i was hoping for a long, grueling 7 games. didn't care who won, but was hoping the winner would be run down so montreal/buffalo could beat the living shit out of them. can't say i was surprised by the outcome though. pretty much sums up all i want to say here

Conflicting on staying with Keefe, what are your thoughts?

A part of me is saying he should get another shot to coach under Sunny, but another part of me is saying “a great coach would’ve made adjustments despite a bad GM” during the season with Fitz.

I know they aren't any of the "on-ice" Jerseys but at $7 a pop I couldn't say no 😅

Where do the Devils rank amongst your favorite sports teams in the U.S.?

1: Devils🏒: the reason I got more into American sports and hockey itself, born and raised in Jersey City, closer to the rival arena than Newark, but it’s my home state team always

  1. Dolphins🏈: always loved the logo and colors , hated the local teams for not representing NJ so I didn’t choose them

  2. Orioles⚾️: me and friends never got into baseball since NJ didn’t have a team, but we decided to support the orioles since our friend moved to Baltimore. Went to my first game in the Bronx a week ago and really enjoyed it

  3. Spurs🏀: was a huge New Jersey Nets fan, when they left, lost complete interest in basketball, me and the boys decided to support the Spurs instead

Warning, yes, this is AI slop and maybe too detailed for a 2026 jersey, but I have no actual photoshop or art skills. I’ve been wanting more of a traditional Jersey Devil lore in our logo for a while and they always resort to the literal cartoon devil instead of our actual namesake. Maybe it’s silly, but I would not mind seeing the actual cryptid on some form of merch coming up. I think this is a really great way to honor our original legacy and our state in the design without just putting the state outline on the jersey that I keep seeing.

Edit: I would love to see other interpretations of this concept, and in other colors. I tried to be conscious of keeping my AI prompts to a minimum due to environmental impact so this is just a basic idea that I settled on.

I was from Calgary in college in Louisiana. I made pretty good friends with a guy from New Jersey over the year while playing roller hockey. At the end of the school year , he had already purchased a playoff package. He said if New Jersey makes it to the finals he’d fly me in for a game. ?!?!
When they made it, he called and said game three or four?
Pretty unbelievable.
When exiting the stadium, I started a “We got the cup” chant in the tunnel under the freeway . I remember how that chant went on and on and then could hear it had spread everywhere after exiting the tunnel.
I look back on how lucky I was to have that opportunity to see a cup clenching game.

Hello Devils fans, Predators fan here and I come in peace!

I am just looking for some fan opinions on former GM Tom Fitzgerald. I know he is pretty disliked over there, and it is looking more and more likely that the Predators are going to hire him as our new GM. I wanted to get more information on his successes and failures with the Devils, and what to expect if he is indeed brought in, as it is currently trending that way.

He obviously has a history in Nashville as a player, but most fans still do not want to see him brought on. Just looking for some more context.

Thanks again!

Philly vs Carolina

Who do we want to lose more. Can they both lose?? This is a worst case scenario matchup.
