38L bag. Php 2500+. Deinfluence me. Purpose on this is to secure laptop and its accesories, shoes and pickleball paddle in one bag. I already have Hawk bags, jansport bag, duffle bag. But cant contain all in one go.

Holding a first birthday party for our baby. May catering naman: no program since it's going to just be a big get together with both sides of the family. There will be a dedication before the party proper but it's in the same venue so no travel time/delay. Not sure if we really need street food/sorbetes cart/taho/coffee or I'm just pressured into getting them since all parties I've attended have them.

I bought this dress from a small creator on IG called robyn rodriguez from her brand gailandpablo then I recieved it and there's literally nowhere to post a truthful review so Im putting it here. I wanna make it clear that it is a legit shop and they did not scam me but boy expectations vs reality HIT like a TRUCK.

This dress cost 1079 pesos. that's pretty much the price of a uniqlo dress on sale but I wanted to buy from her because she says its locally made and slow-fashion. So i gave this a chance. I got size M and I got the Rêve in white. but I cant even post a picture of me wearing it because even just my room LED lighting makes this dress transluscent and Im not about to flash everyone my undies. Yes, even nude undies.

The linen is pretty premium. Though it isnt 100%, the percent is 70% cotton 30% polyester. It isnt bad as anything above 50% is still acceptable for that price point naman. But god the weave is so loose and it isnt really that quality. This dress is see-through!!! Moreover, the pattern they cut and the fit is just not flattering at all. There's no dart at the breast so it hangs weird. The arm hole is awkwardly cut. and the flare of the skirt is flimsy and it doesnt fit well because the pattern is too 2D and doesnt fit around the body well 😭😭💔. If you put anything in the pockets, it ruins the silhouette and again, it's see through with NO LINING. They advertise it as a layering piece but even then, it's just awful all around. Nagamit ko pa naman but more as a cover-up after swimming or beach (but i didnt buy it for that kasiiii 😢).

I will have to tailor this myself so it's salvageable pero kung ganito ako dapat sana bumili na lang ako sa cotton on or sa fast fashion in an irl store where I dont rely on pictures. hayst. anyway yun lang. nothing against the ig shop because these reasons are very much applicable for any clothes that you buy online. at least naka-support ako ng local 🥹

So been thinking of buying this, Thyroots (local brand) or just go for Dr. Martens price similar

Starting soon as a doctor, hospital is only ~1.5 km away. I have a car but parking is a hassle + gas is expensive.

Used to walk during pre-res, but post-duty fatigue is real, sometimes needed a ride home.

I’ve been really tempted to buy a Xiaomi electric scooter like the Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4 – Black or even cheaper ones like the Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4 Lite.

Context:

I’m a graphic designer working from home + I run a Shopee store selling NBA cards. I’m usually alone at home kasi pumapasok sa work yung kasama ko sa bahay.

Problem is:

•	If I need to buy something sa Dali or nearby store → I have to walk (so minsan tinatamad na lang ako lumabas 😅)

•	If may orders ako for drop-off → nadedelay shipment kasi next day ko pa nadadala (isinasabay ko pa sa pasok ng kasama ko)

So iniisip ko… baka scooter solves both problems?

BUT here’s where I need help / deinfluencing:

•	Worth it ba siya long-term or magiging “phase” lang?

•	Safe ba gamitin sa main road dito sa PH? (wala kasing bike lanes sa ibang areas 😬)

•	Pwede ba siya ipasok sa malls like SM? If not… paano niyo pinapark??

•	Maintenance / battery issues—sakit ba sa ulo?

•	Practical ba siya for short errands or mas hassle pa?

I don’t have budget for a motorcycle and di rin ako marunong mag-bike, so this feels like my only “mobility upgrade” option right now.

Would really appreciate real-life experiences—especially if you’re from PH 🙏

heard it's good for whitening daw, but worth it ba since need daw avoid sunlight para di lalo mangitim? 😭
