I've read enough to know the difference on paper but I can't figure out if it actually matters for the average person getting compounded tirzepatide or semaglutide.

503B has stricter FDA oversight, bigger production scale, more inspections. 503A is traditional compounding, smaller scale, still licensed. Both legal, both regulated. I'm trying to figure out if this is a meaningful quality signal or mostly noise when choosing a provider.
