I got an email to reply to email for particular application and when i am trying to reply back it says it says below so now how should i sent them email as after then they will able to contact me

Hello, I only got a membership recently to use the bikes as part of my commute. But off and on I’ve used them before. I couldn’t dock my ebike because the entire strip of docking stations were out of order, and it took me ten more minutes to locate the next nearest dock and park it. The other docks worked fine. How do I tell citibike this? My ride should have been 10 minutes shorter (grey ebike). Thanks!!!
