Maid of honor wrecked Chloe’s car? Supposedly?

If her I wouldn’t be giggling about it…

Mirrors

The "theme" for her wedding being mirrors is so apt it comes off as a heavy-handed metaphor. Reflective of her excesses, the focus on herself at the expense of Kulyn, the flimsy wealth without anything behind it...

Meltdown coming in shortly

Is she emotional because it’s all coming to an end? She’s been married almost 1.5 years already. The realization hit that she won’t have content until Titans season, and how many trips to the gym do people care about. 🥱🥱🥱

Vendors and "Exposure"

Here's the thing about all these vendors, coming from someone who has worked in the wedding/event industry: the high quality, good, reputable, EXCELLENT vendors in this industry don't need to use influencer marketing. Those vendors stay booked and get paid by their clients. They don't need to trade services for views or exposure. The vendors she'll be working with are going to be one of two categories:

  1. mass produced, instagram conglomerates like Minted, Things Remembered, etc who basically let her order a certain dollar amount worth of product in exchange for a video showing the haul. It's not "extra" or elevated in any sense of the word, it's literally just a business transaction.

  2. brand new to the industry, just starting out businesses. They're exchanging services for exposure in the hopes that doing Chloe's wedding will help them take off. These vendors will probably be "fine", but the reality is they'll all be newbies attempting to pull off this illusion of curated perfection that she's trying to achieve.

This wedding is going to be a mess. She's going to have a team of vendors who aren't seasoned professionals, but rather inexperienced rookies. I cannot wait to dissect the whole thing.

Fiance getting a spray tan

I’m so sorry for the spam but her fiancé is getting a spray tan?!!! On purpose?!!! Along with Chloe of course…

What I've learned....

Seeing her videos had made me -- more than ever -- yearn for the backyard weddings, with thrifted dishes, homemade cake, wear what you want, etc. Yes, it's about the details, but not creating waste like a branded dance floor and drilling holes in a new purse to stick fake flowers in the bottom that will look like crap and you'll never use it again.

Over 50 vendors, but has “so much to do”

I’ve been pretty neutral on Chloe for a while but these past few months of wedding content has honestly driven me to the brink. If you are complaining (bragging) about having so much to do yet have THREE HUNDRED staff and vendors through this process, that’s on you girl. There’s extra, and then there’s unnecessary.

I’m not even annoyed by a “wedding” after already being married. Yeah, it’s done sometimes. Low key, big reception etc I get it - but this level of event has got to be a compensation for something. Is she hoping to get more social cred for having such a lavish wedding? Does it really feel good to have almost every aspect of your bachelorette #sponsored and market yourself that way? Will you feel more special post wedding?

You are capable or so much more. I’m just disappointed and confused most days. You don’t HAVE to have customized floors and napkins or whatever else is customizable. It’s all been an unnecessary clout chase since last year.

Just enjoy your day, when did that go out of style?

Curious

Snark aside what is her need for everything to be extra? I understand to each its own but I don’t understand the need to spend so much money on a wedding.

It’s so much worse than I thought it would be!!! I am very anti-ring enhancer because I think it looks tacky to have two wedding rings, but at least they’re usually symmetric… this just looks ridiculous.
