We just got a 10 week old and he is obviously tiny about 6 lbs if that. Working on house training

I take him out regularly (60-90 minutes) to go to the bathroom but I’m having trouble noticing when he pees because he is so small. Sometimes I can tell by the squat look but often it’s very tough. I feel like I’m missing the reward with treats window when he pees, because he does have a drop in his area after peeing from what I can tell and he has had a couple accidents.

Any advice or tips? I also have an indoor area for him when we have to be out and it has a grass like pee pad, any tips on helping them use this as well? I set him down but he doesn’t really walk around much and it’s def large enough.

Our yard is completely garden now so Millie has to go next door to lay in the grass. Our neighbor doesn’t seem to mind. The 2nd photo is looking from the sidewalk by our garage.
